June 28th – What’s the latest with Vincent?
June 28, 2025
First off, I’d like to once again thank the residents of Richmond Hill South for putting their trust in me to be their voice in Ottawa. In my short time here on Parliament Hill I have used my voice to advocate for the values and concerns of my constituents.
Despite the national outcome of the election, the Conservative Party remains a strong, united team, more energized than ever. With a fresh wave of new voices (including my own) and millions more votes, we are ready to stand up for Canadians in every corner of the country and from every walk of life. Our commitment to fiscal responsibility, economic growth, and personal freedom hasn’t wavered.
We will continue to listen, work hard, and hold this Liberal minority government accountable. United by our values and driven by the needs of everyday Canadians, we are more determined than ever to build a better future for generations to come.
During this session in the House of Commons, Conservatives worked tirelessly to:
Stop the crime and ban the drugs that are causing the chaos and disorder in our streets
Build more homes to help make housing more affordable for everyone
Get government spending under control and call on the Liberal government to table a budget
Oppose the EV mandate and the federal Liberal ban on gas-powered cars
Fix the immigration system and cap population growth so the growth in housing supply, jobs, and healthcare can catch up
Oppose the Liberals’ anti-energy policies and use our natural resources to unleash our the potential in our economy
Working for you in Richmond Hill South
| Reopening of the Manse at the Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church Celebrating faith, family, and freedom with our Presbyterian brothers and sisters at the historic Manse’s reopening ceremony. Built in 1877, the restoration of this historic Manse show’s our community’s steadfast commitment to safeguarding our traditions and our heritage. |
Remembering the victims of the October 7th attack in Israel I was honoured to be invited to the Nova Exhibition in Toronto. This exhibit serves as a reminder that Never Again is Now and that all remaining hostages must be returned to their families as soon as possible.

Gathering to mark this incredible milestone was a celebration of its history and a testament to its enduring impact on science, education, the community, and our commitment to preserving our history.
| Attending Pacific Mall’s annual summer carnival I was honoured to be invited to Pacific Mall’s Annual Summer Carnival, a vibrant celebration that beautifully showcases the rich cultural diversity of the community. It was inspiring to see families and friends come together to share in the music, food, and traditions that make this carnival so special. |

| The York Regional Police Roadwatch Bicycle Rodeo I had the opportunity to speak about the importance of teaching children safe cycling habits and fostering a culture of public safety from a young age. A big thank you to the City of Richmond Hill and York Regional Police for organizing such a well-run and engaging event! |
Attending City Councillor Castro Liu’s Annual BBQ At Councillor Castro Liu’s Annual BBQ, I spoke with residents about key issues that matter most to us and to them: affordability, crime, and community safety. With violent crime on the rise in Richmond Hill, it’s clear—we need real action. Jail, not bail, for repeat offenders.
