A message from your Member of Parliament

I want to thank you for your continued support as I work to put you back in control of your life. Your trust means everything to me — it fuels my commitment to stand up for your freedoms, your family, and your future.

After a Lost Liberal Decade, the dream of homeownership has become even more distant—especially in Canada’s largest housing market. During the last election, the Liberals made sweeping promises to Canadians. They vowed to deliver the “most ambitious housing plan since the Second World War” and pledged to “double the pace of construction to nearly 500,000 new homes a year.” These commitments raised expectations for real, measurable progress in solving the country’s growing housing crisis.

However, the reality has been quite the opposite. Home construction has sharply declined—and the government’s own budgetary watchdog projects that Mark Carney won’t even meet HALF of his target this year and over the next 10 years. Whatever optimism Canadians may have once had about owning a home has now faded. For many, the possibility of entering the housing market has shifted from difficult to nearly impossible.

Only Conservatives will speed up permits, cut taxes on buyers and builders, and reduce immigration so that housing demand never outstrips supply.

Working for you in Richmond Hill South

Displaying Kicking off the Richmond Hill Times Square Summer Carnival

I was pleased to be part of the Richmond Hill Times Square Summer carnival, joining in the opening festivities. Such events bring neighbours together and showcase the vibrant spirit of the community, heartfelt thanks to the organizers for the gracious invitation.
Landscape Avengers Potluck Picnic

At the Landscape Avengers’ potluck picnic, I had the opportunity to connect with members of this dedicated volunteer group, who work tirelessly to preserve and establish safe habitats for pollinators in the community. Their blend of public education and hands-on projects is creating a lasting impact locally.

I was glad to take part in the Canada-HK New Horizon Lions Club’s annual charity table tennis tournament. The event brought together residence of Richmond Hill and Markham, blending family friendly competition with a shared commitment to giving back to the community.
Meeting with ACCES Employment

I visited access employment in Richmond Hill South to learn about their support for youth career development. With rising costs and a tough job market, many Canadian struggle to get started. A government focussed on creating opportunities for youth is needed now more than ever.

Community Christian Reformed Church

I enjoyed visiting community Christian reformed church in Richmond Hill South. Churches like this not only bring people together, but also uphold community values, support those in need, and play a vital role in guiding the next generation.
Charity Soccer Tournament

I was honoured to speak at the AREAA & iCherish Foundation Charity Soccer Tournament supporting York Hills Centre for Children, Youth and Families. The event united the community for a great cause. Many Canadians are giving less to charity due to financial strain from inflation and government policies impacting jobs.
Uptown Asian festival Canadian Asian Heritage Association

I appreciated the warm reception from the Canadian Asian Heritage Association at the Uptown Asian Festival. The festival offered a vibrant showcase of Asian culture and traditions, and I was honoured to participate alongside members of the community.
Meeting with Senior Officers from York Regional Police

I met with York Regional Police leaders to address growing public safety concerns. Many families are frustrated as repeat offenders are released while communities suffer. Conservatives call for tougher crime policies that prioritize jail over bail and support law-enforcement.
